Good prenatals?

Recommend? Is there better ones? Been on these for 3 months. Found out I was pregnant last week. Want the best of course. Are these good enough?

Different formulations are going to be better for different people based on their diet, any nutrient deficiencies they may have, ability to tolerate. Consider speaking with your doctor and getting lab work done, see if they can check some important micronutrient levels. 
You may not find everything all in one and may need to take some vitamins/minerals separately. Also super important to remember that a prenatal is not a replacement for healthy, nutrient dense foods!
Avoid gummies if you can, they’re very incomplete so that they can taste good.

Aviva Romm on her blog has a great article about picking a high quality prenatal that fits your lifestyle and budget. In general, pills where you just take 1 each day are not formulated for optimal absorption. 
I've been taking Full Well prenatals and Seeking Health fish oil. If my next blood test at 28 weeks shows I'm low iron then I'll add the Floradix iron supplement
