Chlamydia ??!

Two months after having sex with a new partner I started having really bad abdominal pains that I almost went to the ER for . Before the abdominal pains started , I was having a bit of nausea , lower back pains , and flu-like symptoms for about 2 days .

I got tested positive for chlamydia and I am so depressed . Has anyone who’ve had it had those symptoms? I’m paranoid about having something else although I just did an ALL std testing and awaiting the results

I think I’m even more paranoid because I looked on google and my symptoms leaned towards HIV & im currently a breastfeeding mother
