34 weeks 5 days

At 34 weeks and 5 days on June 29 I went to my regular follow up with ultrasound appointment to check on my baby girl whom was laughing smiling putting her hand on her head even sticking her tongue out. Beauty seeing my obgyn reassured me I had a healthy baby which I knew and that we were going to full term. Sadly on June 30 I had a pain in my bottom that felt like I had to have a real bad bale movement I called my doctor and we decided I go to nearest hospital which was no more then 10 mins away 6 mins on the ride I started bleeding was rushed in er to women center and doctors did not hear my baby heart beat they took for ever to rush in emergency C-section looking for a I’v by time they cut my baby out altogether 40 so mins has passed I’m under anesthesia my partner waiting for our baby just to hear I had a placenta abruption and sorry my daughter passed I am devastated. Who knew stuff like this can happen and then so suddenly what do I really suppose to do I can’t believe I made it to this day I’m 28 ,will turn 29 next week she’s my first child and I’m at lost
