First time having rough sex

Yesterday was this first time I had a rough sex, I am TTC my next period is Thursday, I had sex during my ovulation period. Am just scared that the sex I had yesterday must have affected the implantation process.. I had a miscarriage last month June 16th.

After the sex yesterday I felt intense hook below my abdomen, I can't bend, I can't even laugh well cos d pressure the laugh gives my stomach hurts, I can't walk well or change position while sleeping at night cos I will feel pain. I find it difficult to urinate even when heavily pressed to urinate and once the urine is coming out I Feel pain in my bladder.

I was thinking it will subside once I wake up but the pain was still there and now I am having general body weakness, all my joint are weak am feeling sick.

I don't know if anyone has experienced such pain from rough and deep Penetration during sex .

Am wondering if it affected my bladder, or if it's possible for it to shift my uterus. And also if it well disrupt implantation

Am scared that I might have caused a damage to my system.

Has anyone experienced this before
