What is your AC setting ?

Do you leave your AC on “ auto” or “ on”? We have a two story home and it’s usually at least 5 degrees warmer upstairs. I just learned last night that it helps circulates the air in the house better if you leave your ac on “ on” instead of auto but your electric bill would def be higher.

Mines ON all day! I can’t do auto I got to hot especially being heavily pregnant! And it’s usually set to 69. I die in anything above 70. 😩😩😩😩

 A/C set to 74 and click it down to 73 at night.

Our house is at 60 all day for most part until it cools down then it's off or one of the acs is on in bedroom through the night

We leave it on auto during the day and let it run all night, usually set at 66/67. It’s in our bedroom. All our other windows in the house are side opening and we don’t want to partially board the top to get an AC in. It gets hot as hell in our house in the summer 😒

Mine actually has an extra setting that puts fan at a higher speed so I leave it on the "on" setting usually and about an hour before bed turn on the "turbo" mode. Legit setting on it. It blows harder and circulates the cool air more. Also since ac has been on most of the air is already  cold.
 So tldr I have it set to "on"

We don’t leave ours on. We don’t want to pay for that bill but we do like it around 75ish. When it’s pushing 80 in the house is when we turn it on. We turn it on and off during the day.

We generally don’t have our AC on. When we’re home, we open the windows and it’s about 66-72 inside out apartment. If it gets over 72, we turn a fan on. If it gets to 74, we close the windows and turn the AC to 70. That happens maybe once a month. 
When we lived in Florida, windows were always closed and AC was set to 68 at all times.

Auto, so that it shuts off when optimal temp is reached. Run a fan or something if you need air flow.

I can’t afford to leave mine on or on auto, at least in the summer. We try to use the AC very sparingly, it’s so damn expensive.
