Implantation bleeding or AF?

I took 2 different tests. 2 days apart and within 5 minutes I had another line. I tested 4 and 3 days before AF. After the positive tests I get bleeding. It’s on the heavier side. I’ve been known to have heavy bleeding in my last pregnancy due to a subchorionic hematoma but I’m so confused. I’m not having any cramping, any pain, nothing. If I hadn’t went to the bathroom I wouldn’t have known I was bleeding. My period is usually on time every time. So 3 days early is unusual for me. Can it be on the heavier side for implantation bleeding? My tests were taken 10 and 11dpo. Thanks!
