37 Weeks Pregnant

I’m 37 weeks pregnant & this morning for the first time my entire pregnancy I’ve had very light small cramping, when I went to the bathroom (TMI SORRY!!!!!) I noticed the smell of blood- like similar to a period smell. I looked down & noticed a tinge of blood.. see pic. Do you think this could be the start of something?! I have an appointment this morning but I’m so anxious & curious as to what others think!! Also I’ll be coming back to update what they say.. I’ll attach the photo of what it was.. there’s a tinge of blood.
