Uterus pain.

This is the area in which I feel pain basically the whole uterus area lower and going to upper

I woke up and everything was fine. Within 20 min or so my uterus started to hurt and ache all around that area. Even feeling very little lower back pain too. I recently had an internal and exteneral ultrasound done. And everything looked fine my OB said. No cysts, no fibroids or abnormal findings.

But why am I getting pain out the no where 😩

This is where I feel pain.

When I bend or sit or move it feels differently but it’s not like it hurts any more than it already does .

Also feeling pain in the absolute center of my lower back 😩

I’m trying to lay down, move around, stretch, etc. went pee (my bladder is empty) .

I don’t know what’s going on but I’m about to try Tylenol or something
