Getting Smaller Each Week?!

Question

I posted my bump pic last week noting that I thought my bloat was finally gone and bump had come in, but I guess I was wrong and the bloat is still working its way out? This is my third baby and first properly in my 40s, btw. Check out this progression side by side? From left to right it’s 15w, 18w, and 19w. I feel like I’m getting smaller. Is it just me??? As long as your fundus height is still measuring normally then it’s totally normal ! You may be losing bloat or fat. Keep growing girl!

With my first, had bloat a VERY short time. With this one, 🙄 I’m 18 weeks and finally backing off the bloat. I was so bloated it would hurt. I wouldn’t worry if I was you.

This makes me feel better. I’m 17w3d and now I just look fat and not round. I’m guessing I was just so bloated earlier in the second trimester that I thought I had a bump going. I’ll take the bloat back since I don’t feel pregnant without it lol.

I felt like I got smaller too once the bloat died down! I was soooo bloated until week 13-14 and now the last few weeks I feel smaller. As long as baby is growing and your dr isn’t concerned, I would just chalk it up to less bloating.

With my first I didn't have a lot of bloating but noticed at one point I started to look smaller as he moved to more of a downward position (before he was sitting more left to right). I also sometimes looked tiny and then he would shift and I looked huge! This time (16.5 weeks) I'm much more bloated.
