What fruits should I eat

Question

I'm in my first trimester and I accidentally ate a pineapple now I'm worried. Google said it shouldn't eat them and it's still staying I should, I'm confused.

Pinapples are fine. Youed have to eat 9 of them in 1 sotting very quickly for it to be harmful

Pineapple can't actually make you go into labour or have a miscarriage it's extremely safe to eat and can only softern the cervix if you have eaten alot of it by alot I mean ur looking at more then 20 whole pinnacles for it to evern do anything tiny. This was what my midwife told me when I asked about food I can have and avoid. If you're not sure look on the NHS website what should pregnant women avoid

I eat pineapple. I think what worries people is the bromelain which is an enzyme. It’s primarily found in the core, and very very very little amounts in the part that you actually eat. If you eat some here and there it’s safe. It’s definitely high in vitamin c.  Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, oranges and kiwis are good. The brighter the flesh, the more nutritious the fruit is for you.
