Help feeling confused!

So my family members touch my belly and the baby usually doesn’t kick when they call her! She moves on her own or when her dad is talking to her! And they said that she doesn’t like them because she won’t move! I’m 24 weeks pregnant and I’m wondering is it normal for the baby not to move when the call her and poke my belly? I’m a first time mom and I’m worried now and confused
