Is this brown discharge spotting ? - I’m maybe 4 weeks from conception

Hi all,

I may be about 4 weeks from conception. It’s not clear because I’m still breastfeeding and periods have been irregular, had 2 (April and May) and I’m 10 months postpartum. Anyway is this brown discharge spotting ? Is it concerning ? It’s been this quantity on and off for about 3 days now. I have had a dull ache in my tummy like a pulling stretching feeling the past 24 hours. Thanks in advance.
