Baby boy💙

Born july 16 2:36am❤️ I went to the hospital on july 15th because i wasn’t sure if my water started leaking or not. I was admitted at 8:06pm, measuring 4cm and 80% effaced. My water bag was still intact but was low, so at 8:30pm they broke it. I went from absolutely zero contractions to contractions getting closer and stronger within an hour. 11:43pm i called asking for an epidural, i was 7cm 90% effaced. Around 2:30am i started to get that “i have to poop” feeling. Little did i know i was pooping… but also starting to crown, he was coming and they said “Girl you gotta push!” 10 pushes later, 2:36am out he came!! I laughed immediately once i saw the doctor holding him outside of my body and told the team i could deliver 50 more right now, because i didn’t feel a thing after my epidural was in me. I didn’t even know if i was pushing right, if he was coming, and next thing you know he’s right in front of me. A huge shoutout to the mommas who go natural, but that epidural answered all my prayers and made labor the easiest experience in my life. Cohen Alexander is strong and healthy, we are being discharged in the morning. Good luck to the rest of soon-to-be july moms, i’m so ready to start this chapter of my life. ❤️
