Can a woman have implantation bleeding and still have a period?

Which comes first the implantation bleeding if you had sex during the window frame of ovulation, or after the period? This is my first time working on having children

Implantation bleeding is rare.
Not all women get it.
Like less than 20% of women.
So bleeding doesn’t equal being pregnant honestly.
If she did have actual implantation bleeding that means the egg implanted and she has gotten pregnant, so she would miss a period.

Ovulation occurs around a week after her period. (It varies depending on her cycle.) Implantation bleeding doesn't occur with everyone.. but it would happen about 4-5 days before her next expected period. There are also plenty of women who bleed even while pregnant. Some bleed their entire pregnancy on and off.
