Jace Everett
Jace Everett. 8 lb 11 oz. 21 inches. My previousl labors/inductions have gone fast...but this one was almost a blur. Got to the hospital about 8 am. Pitocin started at 9:30. I was feeling good. Contractions were progressing and hardly any pain with them. Dr. Came in to break my water about 1 pm. I finally caved and said I wanted my epidural as I had a feeling things were going to pick up quick. (I was always planning on getting one just wanted the pain to be there first). Well, baby came at 2:27 pm. Like an hour after my water was broken. I barely got my epidural in and I cant say my pain was managed. I remembering yelling I needed to push and the nurse telling me no I would RIP my cervix....🙄. I've never had to squeeze my husbands hand during my 2 previous labors and I definitely didn't moan or scream very loud. I can tell you I did on this one. Thankful it was quick and my OB got there fast because no way was I going to be able to keep from pushing for long. Resting now. Of course it was all worth it...but woofta.
