am i wrong for feeling weird ab this comment?

okay so for background i just had a baby with my bf of 3 years, 4 months ago. his brother and his girlfriend had been together on and off for like 9 years. tried to have a baby the whole time, but wasn’t able to. she was very jealous and mad when she found out we were pregnant so easily. anyways so bil and gf were off last year and she got pregnant by someone else. she still kept sneaking around w my bil 🙄 but is still dating the babies dad. anyways so she had her baby a few weeks ago and texted my bil a picture today and said “who does she look like” were all thinking she’s gonna say him. this bitch has the audacity to say her baby looks like my man? idk if made me feel very uncomfortable. like what are you trying to say girl??? obviously the baby isn’t his she looks nothing like my man or our son 😂 but i was still like bitch wtf?! i didn’t wanna sound insane so i just left it alone and didn’t say much to my man about it but i’m thinking about it and feeling VERY weird about her comment. anyone else think it was weird??
