Should I call about heart palpitations?

I’m 37 weeks. Been feeling my heart beat in my neck the last 20 minutes or so and I’m kinda out of breath. Like I’m just trying to lay in bed and nap.

Last time this happened they told me to go to urgent care and I got sent to the ER but it was fine by the time I got to the ER. Don’t wanna go for reason and I just had a midwife appointment this morning too. My blood pressure was a little high but went down at the end of the appointment and there was no protein in my urine.

But should I call and see what they say?
