How often should you weigh yourself on a diet?
I’ve been on a diet for a few weeks now.
I weigh myself a few times a day.
It’s causing me a lot of stress tho. Like I see the numbers go up as the day goes on and I know it’s bc it’s an drinking a lot of water and eating, but still, seeing it stresses me out.
I want to try maybe doing it once a day, but I’m worried if I only do it once a day, the numbers could go up too high and I won’t see it, so I might over eat bc I don’t realize how high the numbers are, and the next morning, I’ll be up a few pounds
