Support belt/band uncomfortable?

I have a stretchy band as a support belt for SPD but honestly it makes me feel worse? Seems like the baby purposely goes south to try and kick it off too 😂😵‍💫
Am I the only one?

I’m pretty bad today again and it’s not helped again, I think she has set up home at the bottom and just rolling around on all of my nerves 😩 think it’s something I’m just going to have to learn to live with for the next 10 weeks or so. All I want is to be comfortable, even if it’s just for 5 mins!

I got me one because I’ve had a lot of pelvic pressure already but I never use it, only when I’m doing chores around the house but I don’t feel a big difference, maybe I’m not using it right 🤷🏽‍♀️

Same. I only use mine if I’m going to be on my feet for a while (chores, shopping, walk, etc). If I’m going to be up and down sitting I don’t even bother.
