2 yr old has been having diarrhea for about 2 &1/2 days now
She’s not really acting sick at all, but she’s definitely been having super loose bowels for about 2-ish -3 days now. She also hasn’t been eating much -that may or may not be related to the diarrhea tho cause my kids go through spurts of eating like birds & then eating like they’re bottomless- but she’s definitely been eating less.
What should I do?
