Question about after Breakup

Hey guys so me and my ex broke up, it made me really devastated because he was my first love and Highschool sweetheart. But it was bound to happen because he was transferring to a different state college. I still have stuff of his such as hoodies and shirts. But I’m not sure if it’s good or bad to keep those things, it’s a stupid question but is it bad to keep those? Or should I just throw it away?
