Oblong sac and findings advice??

Hey y’all! At my first ultrasound I was 5 weeks 1 day. This ultrasound needed to happen to ensure it wasn’t an ectopic due to some spotting I was experiencing. I knew going into it that I would not see any yolk sac or fetal pole yet, however, the gestational sac was oblong from left to right and not round like I’d expect. The results said “intrauterine hypoechoic region, not typical for gestational sac” not sure what to think. Any experience with this? Sac looked somewhat like this below, without the contents of the sac. (NOT my ultrasound) it did measure 5 weeks 1 day exactly however.
