Help again please!

I took 6 positive tests over The Weeknd. I finally got to see the obgyn today, but I have also been bleeding since the day after I got all of the positives. But now there’s like sticky/stringy stuff coming out with the blood. Not a lot, it was a tiny bit twice so far. Has this happened to you? Is everything okay? I have to wait until Wednesday to find out if my levels are going up or down. And the hospital said they can’t give any medical advice and then hung up. So I’m not too comfortable going there right now.
