Is this a red flag or am I over thinking it?

I started talking to this guy yesterday on a dating app. Does this sound like a red flag? I’m just not sure If this is a sign of him being controlling or if I should wait it out a little and see where it goes. He sent this long message because my profile says I’m 26.
