Painful diastasis recti?

Hi all,

3m PP and keep having pain where the top of my bump used to be. I've had 3 kids in 3 years and in doing so have given myself a decent sized umbilical hernia as well. I think the bulge above my bellybutton has to be due to diastasis recti. From what I've read diastasis recti shouldn't be painful but mine seems to constantly be sore. Curious if anyone has had anything similar and if there's anything I can do to help with the discomfort? Thanks
