36 weeks covid positive + bleeding TMI WARNING 🩸

Hello. I’m 36 weeks exactly today I tested positive for covid last night. I went into hospital due to low movement and on the Ctg I had 8 contractions. They checked my cervix and I was 1 cm dilated non effaced. Last night I had a small amount of brown blood when I got home but this morning it’s turned red and jelly like and a large quantity. Could this be labor ?
