Should I be worried?

Me and my boyfriend tried to have protected sex but he couldn't keep his penis hard, he told me that the condom was making him uncomfortable so we tried doing raw anal instead, he got hard and tried putting it in my butthole but it went soft again after a few minutes of trying. Although I am not sure if he had any contact with my vagina when he was trying to put it in as we did it in doggy style. Should I be worried of any chances of pregnancy?
