Pregnancy bloodwork-Ambiguous , at home test - positive

My period was expected to start last Sunday (24th) but it did not show. Monday morning, I decided to test using CVS, first response and easy@home test and it was positive.

I scheduled a blood test that same day and I just received the result. Blood work says ambiguous and that I should test again.

Easy@home test seems to be darker today.

Can blood work be wrong?

Par my calendar, I should be 4 weeks pregnant today.
