Have you as a heterosexual woman ever sent an unsolicited nude? Without any sexual context or conversation prior?

Found nudes on my bfs phone, no texts exchanged, just saw their pictures. Says the girls just sent them without him even asking. I don’t believe it at all. I told him he had to talk to them to make them feel comfortable enough and make them think he’d want them to send them. In my head I would never send a nude unless the conversation was sexual.
