PCOS and fertility?

I've never posted here because I truly never thought I'd reach a point in my life that I'd start planning a family 😊
It's not the plan to conceive just yet, but I want to hear success stories from other women with PCOS. My testosterone is a bit high as I have a beard. My periods are very erratic as well. I'm so hopeful that in the next two years my SO and I can have success with having our own baby.

I have PCOS, very irregular periods and tried for years to get pregnant. 
I then totally changed my diet, cut out all dairy, gluten, sugar, caffeine, red meat etc and started swimming (i was never over weight, i was under weight if anything) but I think this all helped to balance my hormones I think and I finally fell pregnant naturally!

I was diagnosed with pcos and was trying for a baby for 9 months. I also have endometriosis. I was told I needed some fertility treatment but conceived naturally and am now 35 weeks pregnant 😍. Never listen to horror stories, each woman is different

I have pcos, needed Metformin and 2 rounds of Clomid with Provera to force a period and then didn’t need Clomid for my second baby.

I was diagnosed at 19 (also have facial hair as well) and was on all kinds of bc. I ended up being allergic to most of them. And I've been with my fiance for 10 years now. In 2020 I had a blighted ovum. And 2022 I was trying to lose weight and started eating healthier. I lost 20 lbs and found out I was pregnant. I was on metformin for 5 months but stopped taking it because it was causing my ibs flare ups. I'd say not to stress and find a healthier lifestyle. I also started taking prenatals just to get my stuffs all in order.
