TMI photos - Butt pimples, help!!!

So this what my butt currently looks like and I don't know why nor what to do about it! Has anyone had this problem, what did you do about it? Help a girl out 😭😭😭

I try to wear mostly cotton underwear but I can't help it that, when I sit down, the pants or dresses I'm wearing aren't cotton. I work at an office job so I sit a lot 😐 I thought swimming in the sea would help to clear it out, but I feel like it's only getting worse! Last photo is what I've been using for the last couple of weeks cause I read somewhere that that can help, but I see no progress. HELP!
