Who else is so worried about being pregnant after miscarriage

Currently 6 weeks pregnant and just so worried this time around. I’ve had previous miscarriages along with one healthy pregnancy. I just had an early scan on Monday at 6 weeks and my dr was able to capture the heart beat. I was able to see it too. He seemed happy with that and I go back in 4 weeks.. now of course I’m just even more freaked out .. I’m trying not to symptom spot but it’s just so hard. I’ve been nauseous and of course today I don’t feel as nauseous and just every little thing is making me so nervous.. how am I going to make it 4 weeks until my next appointment
