Hard time getting a doctor app

Is anyone else having a hard time getting blood work or an appointment to confirm? My doctor was supposed to call me back within 48 hours to set up an appointment and blood work to confirm. They didn’t… so I called again and they decided to just do the order for the blood work and said they’d call me within 24-48 hours to tell me it’s ready. Now it’s been 48 hours again and I’ve heard nothing. I had really weird back pain last night (my whole lower back was throbbing), and after an early miscarriage 2 months ago I’m nervous and would like the assurance at least that my HCG looks good. I also can’t get connected with an OB until my doctor confirms it and sets me up with the practice connected to my general practitioner due to my insurance, and I’m worried they will be really backed up and won’t be able to see me for a long time if I don’t get to set that up soon. I’m 5 weeks.
