Maybe a fellow endo sister has answers? I need some help?!

My last period was June 26th-July 1st. I’m married-were not actively trying but not preventing either.

I am 32-well okay closer to 33.

I had surgery for my endometriosis May 16th and everything was going Well until then.

Well july 16th I began spotting-lasted up until July 22nd. I’m 4 days late for my period as well!! I’m never late. Last time I was I had a “chemical pregnancy “ (miscarriage) at 5 weeks pregnant.

I’ve been testing these past two weeks every day and absolutely nothing. I’m 3-4 days late for my period and no sign of it coming.

This morning and Monday morning I woke up to a small amount of brown blood-but it stopped shortly after using the restroom.

Negative test this morning as well. I’m going insane-someone please, send help.
