Stabbed in babies eye? Help please

I have long natural nails and my baby 2 months was kind of propped up on a Boppy. I was talking to her and wagging my finger just being silly with her sister and she tries lifting up like doing crunches! Her eye came straight into my finger my long ass nails. I stabbed her in the eye! She cried a bit and had it closed for less than a minute. Now it’s open and she’s acting okay. What should I watch out for? Should I call the nurse line? I don’t want to ruin her eye sight I’m here balling.
