Has anybody experienced this?

So the last time me and my partner had sex would be nearly 2 weeks or so ago.

For the first few days afterwards, it was sore when I peed or wiped.

After that it was only sore when I wiped. And now when I wipe there is a small amount of blood coming from the top area of the vagina..

Has anybody experienced this? Do I need to see a doctor?

It was not my first time, me and my partner used to be very active but due to a change in where we are staying we are now only active once a week and sometimes longer than that..
