What’s the earliest (Week wise) you can get a membrane sweep?

I think it depends on your hospital? 
I currently live in Kentucky at a military base in my hospital offers them at starting 38 weeks
When I was pregnant with my daughter I lived in Texas at a military base and was also offered one at 38 weeks so I don’t know if 38 weeks is standard or not since I’ve heard some people be offered at 37 weeks

I believe mine won’t until 39 weeks.

I was 37+6 my doctor said because I would be 38weeks next day that it was ok. I had the membranes sweep on a Friday, then we had her on Sunday.
