Scar tissue and pregnancy

Does anyone have any adhesions/ scar tissue in there uterus/ prior csection area. Im 13 weeks pregnant and randomly get a horrible sharp stabbing pain that stops me from moving and breathing for a little while on my right side where my csection scar ends. It doesnt seem to be caused by a particular movement or anything that i have noticed. When i get the pain it doesnt feel like round ligament pain or lightning crotch( i had both of those bad with my daughter) The baby is where he is supose to be, and theres not a twin in my tube anywhere. So are adhesions really this painful during pregnancy sometimes? If so any recommendations on what to do to help them not hurt so damn bad.
