Woke up COVERED in blood

So on the 28th my partner and I tried to conceive, obviously too soon to test and my last period was the 21st (July). I woke up COVERED in blood this morning. Like bad. I’ve never bled this much before my whole body feels a little shaky. I had some light bleeding yesterday but put one tampon in and was set no issues. My periods have never been this close together. I’m freaking out. Do I go to ER just to be safe?
