Has anyone filed an online help request with USPS lately?

I have filed 4 requests over the last 4 weeks and have not received a response to any of them, even though it says I will get a response within 3 days whenever I submit the request.

Has anyone else had this issue? Or have you submitted a request in the last few weeks and gotten a response?

I have already been into my post office, but they are not able to help me. I have to reach out to USPS online or call the help number. I have hearing issues, so trying to communicate this over the phone would be far too stressful and nearly impossible for me.

I'm at a loss for what to do. No one is helping me and I'm getting really stressed out.
