Baby does not sleep

Guys I’m so freaking tired and frustrated. My 7 month old was a great sleeper until the 4 month regression hit and then he was up 3 times a night. Now within the last few weeks he’s up every 30-45 mins. I can’t handle it anymore. He goes to bed at 7:30 and I go to bed around 10:30. He’s up 3-4 times BEFORE I even go to bed. I’ve tried settling him without picking him up or even just briefly picking him up and placing once calm but he just screams bloody murder. My husband jumps in once in a while so I can get an hour of sleep but he’s an ER nurse and needs his sleep to avoid any possible issues at work.

I have 2 toddlers to also take care of during the day and I feel like they haven’t gotten the best of me because I’m so exhausted. My middle child had this same “rough” period but it certainly wasn’t this bad and she didn’t scream like this.

Anyone else have something similar and if so how did you handle it? Im desperate!
