Flushed and in the trash with the pads. There’s not much you can do with the stuff, most is clumpy or globs and impossible to get all together. 
A healthy birth they throw your placenta away too.

I lived in an apartment with no yard and I lost baby into the toilet. I just flushed it was awful I wish I had somewhere I could have buried baby but I’ve had to live with that and forgive myself.
