Possible implantation bleeding? Or another early loss..

I have struggled with early losses, having had 3 in the past 9 months. I just found out a couple days ago (9dpo) that I am expecting again. I was excited and hopeful that this time would be different…until last night (11dpo). I noticed pink spotting with two drops of bright red blood. This was accompanied by period like cramping and lower back aches. It seemed to have disappeared by this morning and my test lines have also gotten darker; however, I have once again noticed pink/brown spotting this afternoon, which is also accompanied by cramping and back pain. I am an anxious mess thinking the worst is right around the corner. Has anyone experienced this and gone on to have a successful pregnancy? I am fearful the worst is around the corner as I have yet to have a positive pregnancy experience 😞
