1 year old waking up at night to feed

Hello everyone

My baby is almost 13 month old. He was sleeping okay before. It took us quite sometime to bring him to sleep at 9.30pm. He used to wake up once a night to brestfeef. Recently we had covid so he didn't eat at all for a week just breastfeeding day and night. Now he is eating okay but he doesn't sleep till 11 or 11.30pm and he wakes up every 2 hours to feed. I try to soothe him but he will scream. We are living in apartment building and we already had a complaint for noise at night. So cant let him scream at night for too long.

I am feeling very stressed about his sleep and becoming picky eater.

Anyone having any tips or been through something similar.

I thought of giving him bedtime snack it doesn't seem right to me.
