Breastfeeding-summer heat
It’s been 90 degrees here for over 3 weeks now. I’m 14 weeks pp. i was an oversupplier but this heat is killing my supply the last two days. All my fluids seem to be just to keep hydrated and my appetite is almost non-existent,
