Labour and 2 year old

What could I do if I don't want 2 tell anyone I'm labor but don't have anyone to have my son who is 2? I'd ask my mom but she moans to much about everything he does I'd say she's more childish than him with how she shouts all the time and I feel as though I can't really trust her or anyone with him because he can be a handful (as all children can be) but everyone labels hom naughty and moans about him even when he doesn't do anything wrong so I get very weary incase they'd hit him or anything. He's not a burden and to be honest I'd rather have him with me while giving birth as he lights my mood up and makes me laugh and its his brother being born but I know he's to little to be there so I was wondering what could I do? Who could I ask sort of thing?

My 2 year olds dad isn't in the picture due to domestic abuse towards me n previous sexual offences in the past so that's a no go.
