No heart beat
Hello everyone I am measuring 1 week behind and today was my first OB appt and they couldn’t find a heartbeat. Im measuring 9weeks 1 day and they couldn’t find a heart beat via US either. I could see my baby and all. I have no symptoms no pain no bleeding. Im so sad and feel horrible. I don’t know what to do
