8 month fell on hardwood floor!!

I had my 8 month baby on the couch and I was passing the vacuum and he just completely fell off on the hardwood floor and I’m not sure if he hit his head or not but I think he fell on his arm or chest or head I don’t know 😫😫 but he was crying SO hard. I feel like a shitty mom. 😫 he seems fine, he has been playing and talking but omg I don’t know if I should take him to the hospital or not 😫😫😫
