Tsh 6.3 ,first pregnancy ,6wks,taking 100 mcg thyroxine…..how much time it takes for levels to reach 2.5 ? Will it harm the baby in the meanwhile?.

I don’t know exactly how long it takes, but just take your medication as told, which for me it was in the morning and wait about an hour to eat or have coffee. My TSH was at 4 when I was 5 weeks and got the same dosage. My baby turned 1 on May and is a healthy as can be.
