IUI with endo & DOR

My husband and I did an IUI last year in October with femara and a trigger shot. It worked and we got pregnant. Unfortunately, I miscarried. A yolk sac never formed. I ended up having to have 2 D&C. We took a break from the fertility center. I was taking femara for a few months and we were trying on our own. But that never worked. We have scheduled an appt to talk to our Dr on Monday. Have any of y’all had success with a 2nd IUI or have you experienced any of these things?
